Getting consent to text someone
Before Facreo will text somebody, it needs a record of how they agreed to be texted. Open their contact page and look for the SMS consent panel: type how it was given — a signed buyer or listing agreement, a form they filled in, an open-house sign-in, or them asking you to text them on a call — and press Record. That stamps the date, keeps your wording as the source, and puts an entry on their timeline, so there is a record of it later. You can always reply to somebody who texts you first: an incoming text opens the conversation for three days and you can answer without recording anything. Marketing sequences stay blocked until consent is on record. If somebody replies STOP, Facreo stops immediately and will not let anyone text them again until they opt back in; a reply of START puts them back on. Two things worth knowing if your contacts came from another CRM: consent does not travel with an import, so a migrated book starts with none on record, and it is recorded one contact at a time. Whether a particular relationship counts as consent is a question for your broker and your own legal advice, not something Facreo decides for you.

Talking to people
- Texting from FacreoBefore a workspace can text, its number has to be registered with the mobile carriers (A2P 10DLC).
- Calling a contactCalling from a contact record rings your own mobile first, then connects you.
- Follow-up sequencesA sequence is a series of steps — emails, tasks, notes, stage changes and assignments — that runs against a contact over days or weeks.
Not what you were after? Email support@facreosystems.com and a person will answer. Signed in, Creo answers the same questions from the same articles.
